ARRIVAL  

8:50 - Kindergarten Families and siblings at Andrews Road

8:50 - Grade 1 Families and siblings enter through the Parking Lot

9:00 - Grades 2-4 A-M Andrews Road Entrance

9:00 - Grades 2-4 N-Z Parking Lot

East Williston Avenue will continue to be open for arrival.

9:15 - Buses Disembark at North Side dropping Kindergarteners off at Andrews Road and then grades 1-4 on Wheatley Avenue.

DISMISSAL 

2:50 - Kindergarten Pick Up along with older siblings at Andrews Road

2:50 - 1st Grade Pick Up along with older siblings at Wheatley Avenue or East Williston Avenue

3:00 - Grades 2-4 Dismissal Family Options:

• East Williston Avenue

• Students will be exiting the building by grade level.

• Andrews Road

• Students will be lined up by grade level at an orange cone with a clear sign. Families are expected to park, and come to the appropriate orange cone to pick up their child. Children will not be dismissed until the parent arrives at the cone.

• If you are picking up children in multiple grades, please walk to each cone.

• Wheatley Avenue

• Students will be exiting the building by grade level and families will meet their child by the crosswalk at Wheatley Avenue and Gertrude Place.

Early Pick-Up must happen prior to 2:30pm!

• If you need to pick your child up early for any reason, please send a note in with your child in the morning or contact the office by phone or fax. No early pick up information will be taken after 2:15pm.

• Username:  your child's school email address (lastnamefirstinitial@ewsdmail.org) 

• Default password is "123" until you change it

  Must be filled out for every child before they enter school

To make ordering easier please fund your My School Bucks Account or complete a Free or Reduced Meals Application if you believe you are eligible.

In-school and remote students pre-order your breakfast and lunch by 6pm the night before school.

You must submit a form for each student.

Remote students can pick up meals at Wheatley between 9am-10am by the South bus loop.

PTO Dues & Online Directory

Join the PTO and help support the activities, events, and resources the PTO provides for your children all school year.

• Dues are $10 per family or staff member

• Once you pay your dues, you will gain access to the online directory on the PTO site and app. 

• Please confirm your directory publish preferences and update your contact information on the site by September 18th. 

** The directory will be offline from 9/8 - 9/18 to allow families the opportunity to update their publish preferences **
